Agentic AI Engineering Bootcamp · Leuven
Build AI agents that hold up in production
Five hands-on days for data engineers, data practitioners and the team leads who guide them. You build, test and ship agents on real data work, in a small group of 10 to 15 people.

“Everyone uses ChatGPT and Copilot, but nothing we build reaches production.”
“MCP, RAG, Skills, evals, Genie, Cortex… where do we even start?”
“The agent demo impressed. Then it answered confidently, and wrongly, on real data.”

Why this course
Everyone uses AI. Few ship it.
Most companies already use AI here and there: a developer who codes faster, a pilot in one team, a demo that impressed management. The hard part comes next. Getting many teams to build safely, with costs under control and answers people can rely on, is an engineering problem. This bootcamp trains the engineers and team leads who solve it.
Build
Hands-on across the stack
MCP, RAG, skills and agents. You build each one yourself.
Connect
Your data, ready for agents
Context engineering, semantic layers and access control.
Ship
Built for production
Agentic SDLC, evals in CI, tracing, cost and security.
lead
The judgment to steer
Which pattern fits where, and when not to use AI at all.
After one week, you take home…
1
A clear map of agentic AI
How LLMs, context, tools and agents fit together, from tokens up to enterprise architecture. You'll know when a skill, an MCP server, RAG or a plain workflow is the right choice, and why.
2
Hands-on with the agent engineer’s core patterns
MCP servers, Agent Skills, RAGs and semantic models, used on real data work and connected to practical engineering choices.
3
A way of working your team can trust
Evals, security, identity and cost are part of the design from day one. That's what gets an agent past the demo stage and into production.

Interested? Let us know
We're planning the first edition for Nov 30 - Dec 4, 2026, with January as an alternative. Before we confirm the dates, we want to know who would like to join.
Submitting this form doesn't register you or commit you to anything. We'll use your answers to set the final dates and shape the group. Everyone who submits will hear from us first, before registration opens to the public.

KMO-portefeuille: apply in 2026
Dataminded Academy courses qualify for the kmo-portefeuille. SMEs in the Flemish Region can get up to €7.500 per year for services from registered providers like Dataminded.
As part of its austerity measures, the Flemish Government is ending the kmo-portefeuille on 1 January 2027. Until then, you can still apply as long as the budget lasts. What counts is the date you submit your application, not the start date of the course. Applications submitted in time are paid out until 31 December 2027.
If you want to use it, apply soon. The budget can run out before the end of the year.
Example: a small company gets 30% back on the SME price. One seat then costs €1.120 instead of €1.600.
